The question arises why the price of QM is cheaper at the river?! Are we talking about the same place?

Yes, we are. At the river, the plots are moderated by the municipality, and "above" it is a private investor who sells the plots. Up on the hillside, you simply have a nicer view.

So having a view is really a great thing, as long as you can orient your house later to enjoy it. Low sunlight, especially during the dark season, would be a deal breaker for me. But no one here knows to what extent that applies to you by the river. There are geoportals where you can simulate sunlight exposure for each season.

I would be in favor of the corner lot. But yes, both have advantages and disadvantages. However, with A it is uncertain what will be next to it.

Do you know a good one? I've already tried around but haven't found a good one. Besides, I fear the houses next to us will also cast shadows on us.
