I did not fully understand your assessment of the blue Splietker. Was it too expensive for you now? For example, I don't like Erwärme at all, I definitely think it should be an air heat pump. Quick question about your basement? How do you heat it?

The blue Splietker is recommended if you can afford it. He builds quality and doesn't mess around.

And I built with (the blue) Splietker, and became aware of Splietker on the recommendation of my current neighbor. And he, in turn, also on recommendation.
Be careful: The company Splietker (nucleus in Kleestr.) has split due to two family branches. Since both have the same origin, I would not want to deny the second Splietkers the ability to build either. Therefore, it might be worth comparing.
Sure, Splietker is not cheap, but in my opinion completely justified. Building with them was so much fun for me that I would build with them again anytime.
Completely individual design, it has become the dream house.

Hi, would you like to say something about how the 20k roughly break down?

Sure:
+5k€ for thin-format clinker bricks instead of standard format
+3k€ for steel stringer staircase with oiled oak
+1k€ for front door
+4k€ upgrade bathrooms
+7k€ BAFA-eligible heat pump-controlled ventilation package
+1k€ square gutters and staggered roof tiles

The surcharge for BAFA is slightly overcompensated by the subsidy. We had planned the staircase, door, and bathroom fairly well in advance. Thin-format clinker bricks were not on our radar at all.

I have not yet counted the sockets planned so far – but we had planned 60 in addition to the construction service description – that should be enough.

In retrospect, the blue Splietker is not cheap, but not as far above the competitors as it initially seemed. Their construction service description is simply very extensive and good in terms of budget.

If we had brought it to the level of basement heights, bay windows, and equipment that we are building now, it would probably still be significantly more expensive than what we can realize now.
Two examples:
Basement 2.2 meters high and outside the thermal envelope
No ventilation and reluctant heating

A big plus, however, is that you can speak directly with an architect.

We heat the basement with underfloor heating and have every room in the basement ventilated/exhausted via the controlled ventilation system.
