Which home providers for OWL?

Relatives were very satisfied with Splietker Blau (about ~10 years ago). I am now looking myself, so the thread suits me very well.

But I also got a bit too excited there. How have the costs vs. equipment developed? Splietker didn’t want to insulate the basement back then, but rather install the climate door and was very focused on their straight concrete stairs.

It could very well be that your issue is repeating itself with us. We now have drafts from the last BUs in the running, including Splietker, who really build very nicely. But we actually want a KFW40+ house or at least heating in the basement and an insulated basement, which basically amounts to the same thing. However, this is not stated in the last draft either.

Did Splietker completely reject that with you?

Cost vs. equipment does not seem to differ much between the aforementioned. With one, the door costs €350 including installation, with the other €375. Then something else is cheaper again with the other.

May I ask which BU you ended up with?

Are you willing to tell us which BU you have built with by now :)?

We are currently exploring the market. A plot approval is available. For us, the blue Splietker is still in the running.
