we want to build a single-family house of about 140 sqm. But which heating system is recommended for this - which is not? and what should we pay attention to when choosing?

Is geothermal energy without [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] or solar also useful? Is [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] also sensibly usable without additional systems and what about follow-up costs (maintenance?)?

For this, at least the building (geometry, components, etc.), location, and user behavior must be defined. Otherwise, one moves in the realm of speculation or has a crystal ball at hand ;-) You should definitely pay attention to solid fundamental analysis, planning, and dimensioning of the system.
