It's all a matter of taste. I would choose the wall tiles significantly smaller or larger than the floor tiles. To avoid the blandness of surfaces flowing into each other. I find geometric lines beautiful. A nice grout pattern is great.

can you report anything about lime stains on the dark tiles? Or is that not an issue?

is not necessary either. All pipes run inside the walls or in the floor.

Natural stone windowsills. Please don’t ask me for the exact name. Back then, I just pointed at it with my finger at the stonemason.

An LED strip

All bathroom tiles are 90x90

That's exactly right. The pane goes towards the airspace in the living room. No noises, no smells That was assembled by ourselves. They are 2 base cabinets from the brand Laufen: Laufen drawer element CASE TOP 23 x 79 x 52 cm, white, with siphon The oak board is solid wood. It was available cheaply at the hardware store back then in the correct length, we only had to cut it down from 60 cm depth to about 53 cm and make 2 holes.

We have a water softening system because we have very hard water here. Due to the softening, we have around 5 degrees (instead of almost 20 degrees). With that, limescale stains are not an issue at all. You really don't see anything.

Do you have solid walls or a stud framework?
