I would take the wall tiles in the same width as the floor tiles, otherwise the joints do not run continuously from floor to wall but are always staggered. We have a very similar layout and fully tiled the shower, meaning on all 4 sides. With our 180 cm length, the back wall still gets wet anyway. We tiled the sink wall up to the ceiling with a cutout for a mirror. For the toilet, only the back wall up to the height of the pre-wall construction.
