Where to place the house on the property? Two options imaginable!

Hello everyone,

we are about to choose the property developer. However, we are not quite sure yet where we want to place the house. I have presented all the information to you in the following graphic. The two options are shown in yellow and blue.

On the left, right, and at the back are the neighboring gardens. This means we would have an open view there. The house on the front property is an older house with 2 1/2 floors.

What do you think? I have added the cardinal directions to the image.

I prefer the yellow position, more garden in the west.

And its garage will be demolished in order to divide and develop your property including the access road?

I "vote" for yellow (more west garden), the garage does not have to be so far to the "back".

Yes, the garage has already been demolished. The path is 4.5m. Correct, free of developer involvement. Currently, we are leaning more towards blue with a terrace around the corner to the south/east. This way, we would also have a clear view of our garden and no houses that can directly observe us. And at 35 degrees in summer, coffee on the terrace is certainly more pleasant in the shade.

Neither nor, make it centered! The property is big enough for that.
