Why even have a floor covering? I have had many apartments, but very few had floor coverings. It also has the advantage that the tenant has to buy and replace it themselves according to their taste if it is damaged, or they will throw it out eventually anyway. I find laminate hideous. If there was laminate in an apartment once, I immediately put something over it. Cold, slippery and smooth, visually ugly too. If the tenant likes laminate, they can lay it themselves.

Oops, where is my contribution? I wouldn't do too many different floor coverings. Vinyl is probably suitable everywhere. So I would only choose one covering for everything that needs to be done.

We will be moving with my company next month. What is laid for about 70 people including clients? Vinyl!

In terms of color, whether beech or birch? Both, when it comes to wood color, is completely outdated and no longer mainstream. Gray/anthracite and gray-brown are still trendy. Latte, coffee, as well as espresso fit, and otherwise any color,
