What products are used for post-construction cleaning / cleaning windows and tiles?

How did you do that? If I don't get involved, I don't see any scratches during the acceptance anyway, the windows and windowsills are completely dirty. Or are they cleaned during the acceptance in the presence of the construction company?

To be honest, we still need to clarify that. There is still quite a bit of need for clarification with Fensterfidi anyway. In this case, they are supposed to clean the windows before acceptance.

Windows could not be accepted because they were dirty. That’s what was in our report. However, we had built move-in ready. The cleaning company commissioned by the general contractor then went through all the windows with us and showed us what they had noticed.

We build turnkey, is that the same as move-in ready? I suspect not.
Cleaning is not included in our scope of services. I know from acquaintances that the construction company offers a final cleaning if you participate in a house inspection afterward. However, this was not offered to us. Either we build too ugly or the timing is too tight.

Under no circumstances use any chemical cleaners like Cilit Bang, etc.! They roughen the surface coating and the tile or grout becomes dull and more susceptible to dirt and bacteria. Always always always wipe tiles only with water and natural cleaners! Then everything will stay nice for a long time.

We are 3 days away from acceptance and chaos is spreading in my head.
