What is the size of the interior doors? 90 or 100 cm / 211 cm?

A 90 door is sufficient for a wheelchair.

Sometimes an even narrower one is enough.

With a normal wheelchair, you can get through 76er(?) doors with some good will. However, this is not officially barrier-free and the doors will certainly be scratched afterwards. Depending on the wheelchair user, even 1m doors will eventually be scratched.

An electric wheelchair, on the other hand, is likely difficult to impossible to use without 1m width.

We have 1 m in the utility room and living room, the rest I think 83 cm. The 1 m doors already feel generous when opened - I really like that about the living room door. They are also practical for carrying boxes, laundry baskets, and chairs through. But closed they do look quite bulky... Large doors just need a lot of space when opening. If you don’t have a practical reason for it, feel free to take 90.

Hello

We have doors of 100 x 225 cm throughout the entire house. Only for the [Gäste-WC] and the [Ofentechnik] are narrower ones installed. The ceiling heights range from 250 to 340 cm.
If the proportions and the floor plan fit, it already looks good.

75 cm wide doors only work with a medical wheelchair, which are narrower and have dents
90 cm work quite well with a rollator and wheelchair, electric wheelchair causes dents
100 cm are comfortable.

We have 100 cm wide doors.

Planning wide doors because of a possible handicap is pointless if the rest does not fit.

Country house style? – I thought you were into Scandinavian architecture? What motivates you not to simply choose the standard (construction module 87.5 for living and bedrooms, also 75 for bathrooms, possibly also 62.5 cm for broom closets)? Height 212.5 cm is what I consider normal today, height 200 cm already looks slightly squat for room doors at 1 m width.
