What is the difference in sound insulation between a solid house and a prefabricated house?

I am still open to both construction methods. I am currently trying to select some from the mass of possible providers (solid house construction, prefabricated house construction, architect) to then contact them to arrange a personal appointment. Personal recommendations would of course help enormously here. From these "finalists" I would ideally like to receive a rough draft for our house on our plot of land after the consultation meeting (we already have concrete ideas and example houses as a template for this) and if it fits, then also a cost estimate. This can of course cost something (especially with the architect), but it doesn't have to – the Bien-Zenker consultant, for example, does it for free. In the end, we will make the decision based on gut feeling, considering price, design, and the "feeling of being well taken care of."

We proceed by first commissioning the architectural planning for a fee so that we can thoroughly develop our desired design at our own pace (in my opinion, no one can do this in the 1-2 meetings included with such providers – at least not if they want something individual). With the completed planning, we can then comfortably see who builds the plan best.

You can take a look at Schwörerhaus, they also have an extra soundproofing package. And the construction service description is very comprehensive. For example, we didn't have to pay extra for any sockets because there are enough included in the standard.

Did you have enough options when it came to the switch programs? I noticed during some model home visits that surface-mounted thermostats are often installed. Flush-mounted ones seem to be subject to extra charges for many. But I didn’t want a surface-mounted thermostat.

Switches from peha are installed and the thermostats are surface-mounted because sensors are inside.

My feeling is that the one who creates the design is usually the best person to build the whole thing. If a Schwörerhaus builds the design from Bien-Zenker or Bayerische Massivhaus builds the design of an independent architect, it doesn't feel quite right. It feels like the company's architects always design what the company itself can build best. With anything else, you run the risk that the construction company says "Sure, no problem," but actually has to bend over backwards to make it work. : Did you build with Schwörerhaus? If yes: When, where, and are you satisfied?
