Are there any other ideas to position the garage(s) differently? Taking into account the additional problem that the roof shape and pitch must correspond to the main building.
Thank you the 30-35k is now only what is moved around the house and intercepted, or are the basement earthworks already included?
Do you happen to have any idea where the requirement for fall protection is regulated? Allegedly it is a state matter, but I can't find anything about it (tomatoes on the eyes not excluded) in the state building code. TÜV Süd writes something about a DIN standard, but that seems to be only a "may" requirement and not a "must" requirement. We would not put a lavish railing on the garage now. Here a decorative rod mat fence would be sufficient for us, which we would probably generally choose as a fence. I have already heard that for our French balcony the bars may only run horizontally if they are covered with glass/plexiglass so that they cannot be misused as a ladder to climb over.
