Hello everyone!

I would be interested to know how high your energy costs are in your houses.

What I am especially interested in:

1: Year of construction
2: Energy standard
3: Electricity costs
4: Gas costs (alternatively your other heat source, e.g. electricity for air-water heat pump, etc.)
5: Number of consumers in the house

I come to the question because I talked yesterday with my brother-in-law about their new building (year of construction 2015 KFW70). Allegedly, the two of them pay a monthly installment of 100€ for gas for 160m², without getting much back at the end of the year...

What do you pay? I also have a house from 2015 and pay 1000€ / year for electricity heat pump. He should change the supplier sometime.

The €100 discount from my brother-in-law relates exclusively to GAS. I had forgotten to write that above.

and how high is the consumption? Has he ever switched? What kind of heating system does he have?

What exactly do you want to know with the few details?

He has a normal gas condensing boiler with underfloor heating.

I just want to be able to roughly classify where our ancillary costs might be later.
