What do you think of our floor plan?

I see that you already posted this plan in May... I was on vacation then :)

The draft reminds me of a rough draft I created for a user here in December - without details, but I'll post it anyway :)

I would give each children's room a bit more space and reduce the room in the south. Are you aware that your bedroom will get quite cozy in summer?

The heat development in the master bedroom in summer is a good point. However, I think we can live with that since we both like it to be 23 degrees warm when sleeping. At night, the window will be opened and the temperature simply cooled down.

The children's rooms could even be slightly enlarged in the layout without major changes. Great idea!

So currently our bedroom faces southwest, small windows and definitely over 23 degrees. I would try to get the bedroom facing north.

Just look at the sketch. The stairs are at the top in the north, centered in the house.
