I assume that you are asking me, Sebastian. However, I do not mention interior doors anywhere and deliberately exclude them from my perspective.

Edit: sorry, I misread.

By the way, it is not uncommon at all for the front door—precisely because it is an independent element—to get a special, different color than the window frames. It is meant to serve as an eyecatcher, be noticeable, and immediately show guests the way. Or the color of the door is used in the Feng Shui area and thus gains its special significance.

Since I don't know whether Daytona's door is a wooden door (these are often chosen in aluminum or wood, even though the rest is installed in plastic), I would otherwise give the tip to first choose 7016. If it then isn't what one imagines, one can always repaint it.

If you are fundamentally uncertain whether you will like 7016, then I would reconsider all the windows.

We chose the eyecatcher by shape and size, I preferred it that way over a red door

One person's preference is another's.

we only have our front door in 7016, the rest is white. from the inside the door is also white. an important question regarding the front door is the question of the filling. a leaf-overlapping front door basically looks wider and, due to its design, has fewer edges and corners where dirt can accumulate.

since this is about costs and appearance, here is a picture of our front door. (nothing has happened in the outside area yet, which is why it looks so strange) the platform is a large granite slab in anthracite, which will be coated in a wet look after the driveway/access path is finished.
more people should post their front doors, only then can those searching get an idea of what they might like.
