Washing machine broken - What could be the problem?

My husband has worn them twice already. Now I'm doing the ultimate test. Once at 95° boiling wash. Let's see if they survive. :)

Boiling wash? [emoji33] Waste of energy. I've never used that. Everything gets clean at 60 degrees anyway.

Oh, believe me, not these things. These are towels I use at the company to wipe tables, where it is very dirty... Before washing, they literally stand in the corner covered in dirt. Already tried at 60° - they still smell after washing.

Do we want to know what those things wipe off the tables in the company? :D
