Hi everyone, good discussion, ok, there was still the question about the Effizienzhaus 70, I think no one has addressed it yet:
That is a good goal and it can be quite well achieved with [42ger] walls without additional insulation. This also includes the roof, windows, and basement ceiling/floor slab, everywhere you should aim for U-values of 0.17 - 0.2, or windows max. 0.9 W/m2K. The heating should incorporate 15% renewable energies - ultimately you need someone to do an Energieeinsparverordnung calculation for your house to demonstrate the achieved level. Then you will know exactly which wall thickness and which stone is suitable for you. The Energieeinsparverordnung calculation is needed anyway for the funding and building application.
If you apply this year, you will still get the funding, the KfW has just announced that from April 2016 the Effizienzhaus 70 will disappear as a funding standard
