We have such a glass roof, my son sleeps underneath it. I just asked him how much the noise that occurs, e.g. from rain, bothers him. He says he has never noticed it.

I would even go further, I personally love it when we sleep under our gable roof and the rain drizzles on it. You can hear it clearly in our bedroom and there is nothing better for falling asleep. But that is of course a very personal feeling. I would be the last to criticize other people for worrying about noise emissions.

Information about the sound pressure level wouldn't help you at all. For example, what would you do with the information that our glass roof (inclination 12.7°), measured at a distance of one meter during a heavy rain shower (1.35 mm water column /h), is exactly 42 dB.

The sound emissions will not endanger your project. I consider them to be a pretext. It's always a tricky matter with the dear neighbors.

Because then I can make it clear to my neighbors that it is quiet conversational speech from 1 m distance. And I believe they will understand that. Nonsense, glass is not louder than when rain splatters on a paved terrace.
Metal is loud, and plastic sheets can also be louder, but no heavy glass as used for such roofs.
