On the one hand, the sight triangle as such annoys me, of course, since I have also heard that there is no such thing with right before left (however, without any source citation).

If you want to construct it according to the regulations, it simply doesn't work at our corner, since the subordinate and the priority road are identical. However, the city does not accept this problem.

I just fear that the neighbor will get through and we won't. To me, it looks like arbitrariness and some kind of backroom dealings.

There will be no group behind this. The cover letter forces the office to examine and respond accordingly.

The child fell into the well at the point when the neighbor approached not you directly but the office. It can happen. Because you can only guess people's intentions. Probably the neighbor X still greets you kindly every morning.

Make the best of it outside and try to handle it as cost-neutral or cheaply as possible.

I see it the same way. Right before left excludes this triangle rule. But I am now only referring to what you wrote. I have not looked at the paragraphs (and probably should not interpret them either...).

Price is not the issue. Just pull the plastic sheets back out to the required height again. It's just annoying for the planned privacy screen.

I am not familiar with this regulation, but if it applied here, then in our current residential area, virtually every owner of a corner lot would have to bring in the wrecking ball or the excavator [emoji4]

The mentioned paragraph does allow some discretion ... have you received a notice to remove it? Then take it to a lawyer to possibly file an objection.

My parents also tried to argue this way. Exact words from the office: "Yes, you are right, but a complaint has been filed against you – not against the others."

Don't they have to disclose who complained? Then you can take a look at the condition of his property. Otherwise, I would also have the notice reviewed by a lawyer. You can also ask the office how many privacy screen panels you would have to put up. Maybe the top row alone would be enough for them. We also had complaints that with our construction we would be disturbing the poor birds and therefore at least NIst-Hecken (with examples of what would be recommended) should be planted. I'm curious if that will ever trigger a regulation here. My 3 cats would enjoy the buffet.
