Why can't you draw triangles with right before left? Stand at the corner of the property, facing the intersection. The street on your left is the subordinate street, the street on your right has priority. That the same street is the subordinate street for the neighbor opposite is not relevant for your sight triangle. When you look at the sight triangles for a "four-way intersection" from above, it looks something like a windmill. I see no problem with it. And I also find 30 zones, where you have to stop at every damn intersection, disgusting.That's how I see it too. Right before left excludes this triangle rule.
