Okay. Then 90% might be about right. I would still not underestimate the effect of one Kelvin. The air exchange rate is probably around 0.5/h, meaning the room temperature will not rise that slowly even at 90% efficiency. On the other hand, there is of course the much greater heat capacity of the building structure.

I must have overlooked that. I don't find that either. Where does it say that?

I am neither under- nor overestimating anything, I have calculated it.

0.08 kW, that is somehow like the waste heat of a single light bulb spread throughout the whole house.

Decentralized:
Viessmann Vitovent 100-D: 91 %
Viessmann Vitovent 200-D: 90 %
Ventomaxx V-WRG Rondo Plus / LAL: 90 %
Lunos e²: 90.6 %

Your argument is very embarrassing ...

And additionally for central devices, e.g. Stiebel Eltron LWZ 280 and 180 with 90% and 93% (enthalpy) respectively, or Vaillant recoVAIR up to 98% (wow!) or Zehnder ComfoAir 200 with 95%, ... while quickly googling I didn’t come across any device that didn’t reach 90%. But they may exist.
