Ventilated façade: advantages/disadvantages? Pest problems?

Even just choosing different facades can make this difference. Even with ventilated facades, there are "Dacia," Mercedes, and Ferrari... Then windows and fall protection come into play. No one here knows both offers in detail. Only true experts can tell you if the requested additional price is justified for your region.

Off the top of my head, I would say that the 30 K surcharge for the mentioned goodies is fair. No rip-off, no dumping price. In our case, the switch from normal plaster to curtain with plaster alone would have cost around 100 EUR per square meter, other materials partly somewhat to significantly more expensive.
