Have you gone mad? With other people....? Strangers?

I would take the Poles immediately.

Not necessary for me, as there is no need for advice on this matter anymore. The floor plan is set, the roof shape, the orientation… everything is already fixed. If I really have questions, I turn to the architect in our family. The only thing still occupying us now is the question of whether to build something cheaper in the village center or something more expensive in the remote new development area. The opinions and experiences of building families like or , who were in a similar situation, help me significantly more than those who now want to reopen and question the entire planning. Still, thanks for the willingness.

I would really look at what offers you the most quality of life, if both are affordable.

....Those who will move in there later think similarly about you. They don’t differ from each other at all.

No, at least I don’t know what you mean by that. Why don’t you call it by its name, why so secretive?

Bad news for you. A decent Polish homeowner might not want to live next to you because he judges just as suspiciously and stigmatizingly. On the other hand, you could also be lucky, because Polish people are generally considered very friendly beings.

It doesn’t just sound like that..........happy neighborhood-

My personal experience shows that short distances are a great luxury. We bought an old property. The neighbors are elderly people of retirement age. In total, 3 older couples directly next door. They are really great. The children can play, talk with the neighbors, no one really annoys anyone. Problems are briefly discussed and that's it. The children also have fun. The kindergarten is just around the corner, the elementary school too. So it’s faster to walk than to get the car out of the garage. For shopping, we go to Penny on the other side of the street. I don’t remember the last time I went shopping by car. Before, we lived just under 2 km away. There, the car was used much more often to go shopping or to kindergarten. You always think 2 km is not a distance. That’s true. But quickly grabbing milk or taking the children in the morning is then done rather by car.
