Maybe you can tell us what kind of tiny house you have in mind. Pineca is actually a garden house manufacturer, but they have nothing to do with tiny houses (but garden houses/wooden huts insulated up to KfW 40).

You do realize that little things like flooring and roofing, gutters (and of course the connection) are still missing? 2,000€ for the electrical connections is calculated tightly and I don’t see any heating in the outbuilding here yet. And even if the houses have KfW40, a finished approval as such or at all as energy saving ordinance-compliant living space probably does not exist. So an energy consultant will still be needed.

Well, with that usage I would at least plan for a toilet, generally rather a bathroom. Since the "Tiny House" naturally calls out to become a somewhat more independent unit after the children have moved out. Also important are the remarks of my previous posters.

I have already seen nice external solutions in the form of garden huts or small bungalows. You can "go to work," which motivates and brings structure to the home office. You only need electricity, and it does not have to be living space, so the square meters in the house may be sufficient. Heating could be done with a small stove, and with a 1,250 sqm garden, you can also nicely integrate it.

It must be living space. Otherwise, the company could get into quite a bit of trouble and this will be passed on to the employee accordingly. In my case, for example

permanent residence of persons = living space

But that is not the case in every company. For example, my husband’s company specifically called it mobile work, not WFH, so that employees can work anywhere they want. Regardless, no one really checks where you actually work. Paper is patient.
