Unfilled bricks and soundproofing - looking for experiences

But actually, it is like that. There is plenty of material where you can get information on the internet. The wall almost doesn't matter if you don't have the right soundproof windows for it.

At this point, I prefer to rely on my very subjective experience, and it says that the type of wall still has a significant impact on the sound in the house, and so far we have been able to do without soundproof windows, but we do notice the difference between the wall materials being discussed here.

Yes, sound is above all much subjective perception. I can only always recommend to everyone to nevertheless consider the package as a whole so that in the end one is satisfied. Windows are nowadays the pivotal point besides the wall (due to the increasing area and triple glazing).

But you could also replace the window relatively quickly. ;)

Regarding windows, don’t forget that you can smoke the measurements of the frame and glass in the pipe: the installation is the more decisive factor. No huge membrane can vibrate as much as the thumb-thick installation gap between the frame and reveal can whistle through.
