Hello everyone

I am really at a loss by now and would truly appreciate a bit of input.
Heating system (4 floors, ground floor with underfloor heating, basement and 1st/2nd floor with conventional radiators) with gas condensing boiler central unit. (Photo of the heating room attached).
After purchasing the house in the middle of the year, the underfloor heating was briefly put into operation in October and apparently worked well. An introduction to the system by the installer at the time was also recently carried out and the settings on the wall control module Junkers Ceracontrol were checked.

The current problem is that there is no flow in the individual circuits. The conventional radiators heat up without any problems.

What has been done so far?
- Checking of the actuators and the valves underneath (work perfectly; no flow even without actuators and with valves open)
- Old pump (Grundfos Alpha+ 25-40 180) was replaced because its performance was no longer sufficient (shaft repeatedly stuck and heavy deposits). New model Grundfos Alpha2 25-40 180 shows 0.0-0.1 m³/h regardless of the setting. (Correct installation has been done)
- The individual heating circuits were flushed and vented. Shortly after the first run, the flow meters showed 1.5-3 L/min depending on the circuit, the pump showed 0.5-0.7 m³/h. After a few seconds this dropped back to 0.0-0.1 m³/h and the flow meters also showed no flow anymore.

I am slowly running out of ideas and hope that someone might still have an idea.
If more information about the system is needed, I am happy to provide it.

Best regards and many thanks in advance for your input!

no idea. But a systematic approach helps with all errors. I would first turn off everything that is still in the circuit (so all conventional radiators completely off) Doesn't the pump have a display with a wattage indicator at the front? Mine has something like that ... Maybe the water is finding the path of least resistance?
