Two "site plans": soil expert, surveying office, interpretation?

I hope I am in the right subforum. If not, please inform me.

Two documents, which I call "site plan," are attached to this post. From the site plan of the soil expert, my husband and I thought we could deduce that there is a height difference of about 1.44m from the right corner (standing on the street, looking toward the property) to the left corner (standing on the street, looking toward the property).

The site plan from the surveying office seems to indicate something different. Do you know how this comes about or what applies? I have not actually seen the approximately 1.44m height difference on the property, but that does not mean that the height difference does not exist.

Among other things, it concerns us whether we want to "level" the property and need to set L-shaped stones for that. This decision has not yet been made.

Unfortunately, one document must be enlarged to be able to read the numbers. I am not aware of how I could have changed this before uploading the document. Please feel free to share tips. It was also not possible for me to load both JPEG files into the preview. I would also appreciate helpful tips here.

Thank you all for taking the time, and I hope to be able to reciprocate from time to time.

Hello,

I will summarize briefly:
The site plan soil survey is based on contour lines, which presumably come from an earlier survey.
The site plan from the surveying office was created based on at least one fixed height point in the grid listed there and shows the height information you should rely on.

But I actually don’t see much of a difference.

Soil survey: 11.44 - 10.00 m = 1.44 m
Surveyor: 140.73+NN - 139.30+ NN = 1.43 m or with 140.82 +NN - 139.30+NN = 1.52 m
So this is only about slight deviations in the statements for the construction site itself.
The height indication in the garage at 142.95+ NN is presumably OK for carport or similar.

I hope this helps,

Best regards, Jann

The plans both have the same slope.

So you have about 3% slope. That is a height difference of 30 cm for a house of 10 m. This can be easily leveled. Where is the house supposed to go?

Below is the plan showing where the house is expected to stand. We are currently considering whether to "level" the entire property, but it seems that we would then have to set L-walls. We have not yet given any thought to the outdoor area.
These are probably topics for a new thread. :)

I do not see any indication of that for five cents.

I am not quite sure why the house is placed 1 m above the ground.

Is the entrance 1 m higher than the street?

Then it probably won't work without L stones!

Here is an illustration.
