Is the plot lower than the street? It looks like it goes up about 3m to the north?

The plot is somewhat lower than the street. The house is planned to have two floors. The garage may be placed directly on the property boundary, while the house must be 3m away from the neighboring property.

The floor plan of the house is still in the planning stage, but not final yet, as the placement is also linked to the positioning of the front door. (approx. 180 sqm living space).

The ridge direction is freely selectable, there is nothing about the house axis in the development plan.

Yes, ground floor and attic with 50 cm knee wall. There are no specifications for eaves/ridge height. However, we are not allowed to build more than two stories.
