So I would definitely entrust the lawn to a Lower Saxony Heidschnucke, it also digests the flowers right away and can stay outside even during the winter!

I forgot: the basis of it all is of course the workbench(!) with a vise! Indispensable, unlike the cordless screwdriver (that's my opinion).

For the DIYer, instead of the aforementioned machines, a good plunge saw with a guide rail is sufficient. Those who want a good machine for a reasonably low price should look at Makita; if it can be a bit more expensive (preferred by me), Mafell or Festool. I do not agree with that, however; the rotary hammer is versatile and, in my opinion, indispensable for concrete. Then I would rather choose a drill that can be used for precise drilling and can sometimes be clamped into a drill stand. Good drill bits, yes.

With a decent cordless impact driver, you can easily drill a hole into the aerated concrete wall. However, it should not be cheap junk. A decent one would be, for example, Makita in the 18-volt department (the battery's ampere rating only indicates how long the device lasts before needing to be charged - 1.4Ah (lowest) is more than enough for home use). If you are considering buying a matching cordless hedge trimmer, using 4 or even 5Ah might be worth considering. My father is enthusiastic about it: just take the device, go, cut, put it away. No cables, no "running out of fuel," etc...

What hasn't been mentioned yet: a cartridge syringe for silicone, etc...

Back then, I bought such a drill and bit complete set, and to put it mildly, it was crap. It's nice that everything is in a handheld case, but the quality is terrible even though it says Makita. It’s somewhat okay for one-time use, but that’s it. I wouldn’t want to screw together a whole carport or something similar with it.

Since all my tools were stolen from the construction site last week, I had to restock - and despite almost finishing, I bought myself another Makita 18V cordless screwdriver - indispensable, awesome nonsense alongside my Bosch corded rotary hammer.

And to complement, a very small, blue Bosch 10.2V impact drill.

Angle grinder, wrenches, screwdrivers, laser measuring device & line laser, 2-3 hammers in different sizes, good drill bits & bits - you can go on endlessly.
