No defects, only minor flaws - which only the professional found and you haven't even noticed. Tapping and redoing is disproportionate. At most for the shower tray.
It would piss me off if the water constantly stood there.
Address it and hope for correction. You don’t necessarily have to blow everything up for that.
Or he signs a paper that regulates liability in case of damage that only occurs in a few months/years. But he will 100% not do that.
As I always say... With "MyHammer" or "Ebay Classifieds" on cheap cheap I expect such work and pay accordingly little for it.
For new construction? With "specialist companies"? I expect proper work there. After all, I pay accordingly.
How do you actually see that, if the substructure was already not level? Presumably, no one pointed out when commissioning that the tiler should compensate for something like that...?
So in my opinion, the shelf mounts are nitpicking. The shower is annoying. For the slanted walls, masons or plasterers are your contacts unless you have arranged something with the tiler in this regard.
Regarding MyHammer: through the portal I found an excellent tiler. A one-man company. Top work. Advice and execution better than a large flagship company in our region. However, he was not cheap cheap cheap either.
All trades run through a construction company with us. And the central contact person is the site manager of this company, who is apparently overwhelmed and does not follow up, or possibly does not feel responsible.
I am curious about what will come out of the conversation.
Thank you for your opinions.
And the first photos had already been seen by us laymen without expert opinion.

In such a case, the tiler is obliged to raise concerns accordingly. Then the client can either have the preliminary work redone or release the tiler from liability in specific areas. However, if the tiler simply builds upon it, he must also take responsibility for the poor result.
