Hi, this is not a good idea. Water-bearing stove means that only a small proportion <30% of the heat goes into the water. The lower the temperature of the stove, the less the water is heated proportionally. You don't want to sweat in the living room and have lukewarm water.
We have a Panasonic monoblock 9kw air-water heat pump with 8kw fireplace insert in the living room. The fireplace insert is a backup for heating the living room in case the heat pump breaks down. In the hot water tank there is an electric heating element as a backup. Otherwise, the heat pump heats water and underfloor heating at the lowest temperatures because that is the most comfortable.
May I ask which fireplace insert you have?
A tiled stove usually only emits about 20-30% of the energy through the glass pane. This is a significant difference from a fireplace, among other things, which is why a tiled stove cannot have so many glass panes. Depending on what kind of tiled stove you have, the remaining 60-70% of the heat is delivered to the hot water circuit. Additionally, there is heat storage capacity in the stones.
Fireplace is NOT the same as a tiled stove.
