I thank you for the advice. I was just a little afraid that the option Gas + Solar + Wärmerückgewinnung would be MUCH better than just a heat pump, but I am now relieved and will choose the heat pump.

Thank you

I once had Meltem, acquaintances have Lunos. The decentralized system has no place in a single-family house due to the disadvantages. It is a single-room solution, for example for the bathroom or for a multi-family house.

Disadvantages: way too loud, too ineffective heat recovery, sound bridge, gets very dirty, no pre-filter, strong draft sensation, visually not pleasing inside or outside.

You don't have to have all the disadvantages, but most of them are system-related.

And if you want to ventilate a single-family house meaningfully and completely with it, it costs just as much as a central system.

@TE: please listen to the Rotex before winter and think of the neighbors and where the device is positioned.

That does not work just like that. Then the regenerative share for heat generation is missing.

It is possible with controlled residential ventilation and heat recovery, even if many providers cannot or do not want to do it. From KFW 55 onwards, it becomes very difficult to impossible with gas. There are general contractors who offer standard single-family houses according to the normal energy saving ordinance with gas + controlled residential ventilation. That also makes sense, because you benefit from the controlled residential ventilation.

You have to know how to handle a heat pump, anyone can handle gas. A heat pump is something new, gas is "we've always done it that way." With [WP] you have to be much more on top of it so that the [GWS] doesn't install crap for you. You have to engage with it more as the builder. In my opinion, at the end of the day, it's better.
