Actually simple. Rotex is junk and very loud. Would be out at my place. Also decentralized ventilation, better believe me, no. If you have to save, gas and solar thermal. If possible, central controlled residential ventilation as well, but for comfort reasons. And the recommendation comes from me, who is so far satisfied with his LWWP. I only took it because we cannot have gas.

same decision-making -

    [*]no gas, therefore heat pump
[*]due to granite in the ground, no RG collector
    [*]heat pump and ventilation separate
[*]air-water heat pump will come from IDM
[*]central controlled residential ventilation with enthalpy exchanger and heat recovery from Zehnder

Photovoltaics if the budget allows in the end, empty conduits and meter space will definitely already be planned

whether this was the right way in 20 years will have to be seen. My parents relied back then on cheap night electricity and electric storage heaters - and regretted it

Would swap solar thermal for photovoltaics. At least it pays off and is less prone to issues. Otherwise, I'm with Bookstar.

From my point of view, it is no longer appropriate to install a system with a fossil energy source in a new house. Why is the selection so limited?

You don't have to make it that difficult for yourself. Both are available on the market and keep the house warm. So it won't be such a big mistake if you make the wrong choice. It's often also a gut feeling. I would also keep climate change in mind, but not in terms of the situation that it gets warmer every year. In winter, you still need a good heating system.
