Hello,
read a lot and tried to put the puzzle pieces together.
The first offers really show drastic price differences, from the local craftsman to the nationwide construction team.
Now a local gas and water installer has made the following proposal:
Since there is space in the basement as well as a chimney, he suggests first installing a gas boiler. He can offer a very good price. However, we will prepare everything for the heat pump, lay empty conduits to the outside, prepare connections, design the heat storage, and prepare it for integration with the heat pump.
He believes current prices for heat pumps are still out of this world, he himself says the subsidy is added 1:1 to the price.
Of course, the gas heating can also be operated at low temperature, which means the hydraulic balancing only needs to be done once.
Are there any further sober opinions on this?
Regards
