So complete gutting except for the foundation walls and roof down as well. Then rebuild with all extras. Correct? It can be done, but it doesn’t have to be.

Right, that was the lineup.

I have to say, we do have a few trades in the family, but 315k to renovate 100 sqm, wow.

In the end, it probably won’t be quite that expensive (at least I think so personally), but considering that you have to strip an existing property down to the bare shell and then basically work as if it were new construction, the price is appropriate. You also have high equipment standards, judging by your initial post – there is additional mention of photovoltaic with storage, air conditioning, KNX. Then the rest will also be renovated attractively. And that costs money.

Hello everyone,

we have now been able to obtain some offers from tradespeople and will only handle the energy-related issues with the eeb.

We have wooden flooring made of planks on the ground floor with sand in between. There was a PVC floor glued on the wooden floor from the 70s.
The floor is intact, nothing rotten or anything like that. Now the consideration was to install the underfloor heating directly on the floor.
This would save a lot of work and special waste.
Does anyone have experience with this?
The same applies to the upper floor.

Regards

Hello,

Does anyone here have experience with a gas heating system that is heat pump ready?

I have two offers, a classic gas condensing boiler with a 120 l hot water tank. We will automate the circulation with a motion detector / button in the kitchen.

Since you never know how things will develop in the coming years, I would like to install a system that still offers the possibility to integrate a heat pump and then, thanks to intelligent control, either runs the heat pump or switches on the gas boiler.

Also, has anyone already installed the Schlüter underfloor heating system and is satisfied? Our heating specialist recommended that or Fermacell.

Regards
