It was just an alternative - different, not better. On the seating corner side, I agree, but for ventilation or quickly slipping through to get some kitchen herbs, I find a hinged door more practical than always having to use the sliding door. I consider sliding doors with tilt function to be flawed designs to be avoided and prefer to have a separate tilt-and-turn element.

I simply disregard the building views and instead propose leaving the sliding door in the middle, painting the glass in the living area completely, and placing the TV cabinet against this outer wall. Sofa then at the bottom of the plan (currently the TV cabinet) and on the right side against the wall. Advantage: No sun on the TV, view of the garden from the sofas, and of course a cost saving for the door.

Doors on all sides mean, if they are to be usable, corresponding dead spaces for walkways. Both inward and outward. Especially in this example, I find the large sliding door in the middle of the room more than sufficient to get outside.

I am picking up again on the topic of the maximum width of patio doors that can be achieved with a clear conscience, without weight problems, etc.

There are already some good comments here.

But is there anyone with many years of experience with a 112 wide triple-glazed patio door?

Call the thing a "front door," then there are tens of thousands who have that experience. As the head of a company that manufactured windows for over 40 years, I am not aware of a single warranty issue or a cluster of service calls related to such a 12.5 cm additional width of a patio door. In 3.14 cases per million patio doors, it might still happen. Seriously: what building physics risk increase do you expect?

I would see no reason to consider even for a second shortening the warranty period or even rejecting an order if someone wanted to order patio doors in this width.

Not even jewelry store doors have ever crushed anyone or caused anyone to dislocate an arm opening or closing them. And you presumably only want ordinary insulated glass (?!)
