So the Zehnder system is really a great thing. It runs perfectly for us and changing the filters is idiot-proof. However, the filters are not exactly cheap, as they consist of a hard frame (not just filter material from the roll). On the other hand, it is impossible to do anything wrong. The control is done via a small panel. For example, Helix can control better via app, but that's also just stuff that can break and can be retrofitted on these systems as well. We don't make a science out of it and currently the device is still running 24/7 on level 2 (~40 watts). If I feel like it, I will make a few simple changes, e.g. level 1 during the workday and at night, level 3 in the morning after showers, etc... Such a document should actually exist. If you get it for this system please be sure to let me know.

That's exactly what I do.

24/7 level 2. 38.5 watts.

That fits perfectly for us, the climate is great. System is excellent.

You could buy filters cheaply. I use the originals.

I am also extremely satisfied with the system. It was planned/designed excellently and works perfectly.

There would be a (horrendously expensive) remote control. I spared myself that. Access at the device or via smartphone app is enough for me. As I said, I never adjust anything anyway and mostly just check the temperatures more often because of a friend who has problems with his system.

Best regards
Thorsten

Where can I get these filters "cheap"? (via pm). How much extra did you pay for the smartphone app control? Installed it yourself?

We have the Comfo Sense 67 as the control hanging directly next to the ventilation system on the wall.

Hi, these filters are available cheap from usual vendors (Bay, Zone). I think they are replicas. I checked it out. I prefer to buy the original. I have never ordered such a thing.

I change the inner filters once a year during maintenance. I don’t care whether the filters cost 20 or 50. In my opinion, the manufacturer probably put some thought into their filters... quality has its price. Gut feeling. Evidence: I cannot provide any.

The smartphone control is generically included with the PLUGGIT Avent P310. It cost nothing at all. Just connect the device to the switch – search for it – done. The app cost a little, has its quirks, is not particularly stable. You can live with it.

Best regards
Thorsten
