Huh? Hole in facade? Fireplace function?
What kind of bunglers have you been dealing with? The pressure switch has no contact to the outside, it measures the differential pressure between living room and chimney – no drilling or such needed.

And I’m even more glad: The cup passed me by. Phew. :confused:.
Still: That would have been -500 and I would have been in the region you both mentioned.
Fine: I would have had to recover the cable hidden in the wall and restore airtightness (comparatively very simple, I could have done it myself).
I switch the fireplace function on via the app on my phone and let it run. The chimney sweep doesn’t care about that, you’re right.
