Not entirely at will, and price comparisons just proceed differently then (i.e., customers exchange more specific information about price reliability).I wonder how prospective builders can still decide on a specific house when the price can be increased at the builder's discretion in the end. Price comparisons between different providers also no longer make sense then.
This is a persistent myth (which is indeed sometimes tried because some builders believe in it, notably those of the Fleischerhaus-GU type), that one could simply choose the timing of an insolvency filing.It also seems to be the case that construction companies file for insolvency and then simply continue with someone else as managing director.
