What has the company done so far? What exactly does the company understand by the current situation? Germany is not at war, which could possibly justify a price change that the contractor does not have to bear. Corona was already 12 months ago, that is not an argument.

We do not have a contract performance bond. The company has so far created the factory planning based on the architect's plans.

Is there a timeframe for completion or readiness for occupancy in the contract?

it is only defined... completion after 8 months from the start of construction... since we were still enticed with the old KfW and Bafa subsidies at the time of contract signing, we assumed that our house would then be realized within the period of the approved subsidies, i.e. by February 2023 at the latest
