Yes, the surcharge is for masonry. Ok, then I can approve it like that. I just thought it would be extremely expensive. Thank you!

Many farmers have told us that it is price-neutral whether it is brickwork or concrete, from whom earth-contacting basement parts were then offered as concrete. Concrete was already offered in WU without consultation on my part. When bricklaying, the inside still needs to be plastered, with concrete not. It can be an exception, but for the basement I have already been offered all prices between 25,000 and 70,000 (dimensions approx. 9x10m).

So we also have plaster on the walls in the WU basement. Otherwise, it would be a bit rough.

In the case of prefabricated cellars, only one side of the wall is formwork-smooth and thus paintable. In addition, there are deep joints between the elements, also on the ceiling. You definitely want to do something about that, otherwise it looks really very rustic. For a purely utility cellar, you can possibly leave it as is. On the other hand, one can say that with masonry, plastering is not necessarily required, e.g., when building with [Kalksandstein Sichtmauerwerk].
