Isn't it sensible to ask the question when it's his turn and it is clear which properties are still available for selection?
You are basically right. However, there are people who like to prepare for all sorts of eventualities at a very, very early stage. So such an early question is actually not bad, especially since you have already been able to help. I think it is also a bit about psychological relief. At least it would be for me.
It simply doesn't help to cherry-pick from 30 plots in advance, because the other applicants do that too. This leads to disappointment later when you don't have first access. There might still be something suitable among the last five plots, even if it isn't a flat, towel-south, edge-of-field location plot.
I have been here for about 2 years and have not experienced any biters.
Among other things, I imagine someone is meant who, in his opinion, is peculiarly misunderstood by the rest of the world when he wants to reassure himself here that his four academic children are already properly planning their villa ;-) When a moderator writes like that, I interpret it as meaning that he has removed such "biters".
Number 14 - is not really big but relatively private and sunny on the garden side - if the trees in the south are not too tall. Build a shaded terrace at the end of the garden.
I am the one who asked you the question using my buddy's account... ;-)
So now the decision has been made and we have received another plot, it became No. 22 :-) , all the others on the western edge and south were, as expected, already gone.
I will create a separate thread in the [property forum] with an introduction from our side etc...
