According to the municipality, at the beginning there were 600 interested parties, then 300 applications, after selection/sorting in the municipal council still 150 left, final allocation according to a "point system" The procedure was as follows: - April 20 Presentation of the new building area; preliminary registration with the municipality - August 20 Submission of questionnaire for evaluation (no public allocation of points or communication of the result); questions like marital status, children, workplace, etc... - November 20 Allocation of the 25 plots according to point ranking by the municipal council (secret) --> Result see above

Yes, and how did it go for you: were you able to apply, for example, to "1. 14, 2. 09, 3. 22" or only without the order of priority to several or just one, or were you told: "You can have one and you are the second last to choose, 22 and 18 are still available, the last has to take what you leave" (or can drop out, then their successor gets to choose)? Was there any transparent presentation of the selection method at all?

No preselection was possible, the principle was eat or die... what was left was available for selection. If dissatisfied, one could drop out and someone from the waiting list would get the chance. There is no listing/commentary of the scoring.
