Surcharge for cooling function of air-water heat pump?

We live in a 70 sqm apartment without a garden with hardly any shade. So far, heat has rarely been a problem. Now it will be 140 sqm with a covered terrace and a large plot with enough shade (trees). I don’t see why it should become a problem now. I think heat, like noise, is very subjective. Some tolerate it more, some less.

You have already convinced me of controlled residential ventilation. Double conversion doesn’t work.

P.S. Air conditioning, unlike controlled residential ventilation, can also be installed later. So you still have plenty of time to consider this. What I have noticed, however, is that many decide against it for completely wrong reasons. But never mind.
