Hey thanks for the many messages!

I am planning a lot on my own because you simply can't fully communicate with the architects there since the standards here and abroad are just different. I am currently gathering ideas and suggestions in general and am very grateful for your comments.

The electrical cabinet will be located in the utility room (utiliti) regarding steel frame construction, I would be interested in why that would not be possible/allowed.

Best regards

Well, now, would you like to share some basic info? Where is the construction taking place, who is planning it. Why are you planning and for what purpose (intended use) There is some pinned questionnaire somewhere... I think it would help everyone if you filled it out ;-)

The house is planned in Albania, the architect was only intended for the floor plans or I personally did a lot and received very little from him. So I will inevitably have to look for a new one there. The topic of building a house really excites me personally and I find the forum great because I was already able to read up very well here.

Okay, a troll thread. For the readers I answer the question Nevertheless, I am off here again right after: I was talking about steelconcrete skeleton construction, which would appear highly questionable to meet the energy construction regulations - in DE - even if it were completely filled with insulating material where outer walls instead of windows are planned.

I don’t necessarily understand what you mean by troll thread now, I am just trying to inform myself here and learn something new. I still thank you for your attempts to contribute something here…

House thus in Albania as the labeling suggested. Surely no German building regulations need to be followed there ;-)

But why are you then looking for help in a German building forum? Sorry, but you need more professional help than just an architect for floor plans. What about construction supervision / oversight? Even in Albania, houses cost a lot of money. Do you want to "burn" that?

If your approach to building is like here in the forum, I'll get the popcorn out ...
