Hello everyone,
we are currently in the planning phase for our house and would really appreciate suggestions. Here are the key details:

Size of the plot: 695 m²
Corner plot
Number of parking spaces / carport: 1-2
Number of floors: 1 1/2
Roof type: pitched roof 44°

Building type: 1 1/2-story detached house
Basement: no
Number of people: currently 2
Fireplace: yes

We are generally satisfied with the floor plan. As laypersons, our ideas are of course limited.
We really like the ground floor, but we are still unsure about the upper floor.
The bathroom is still causing us headaches. Do you have any ideas?
A drywall partition will be built by us in the bedroom. Behind it, the dressing room will be.

First of all, the plans are a bit awkward to read... you really have to open the images and then zoom in.

Ground floor:
Shower toilet: 1.26 width - 15 cm pre-wall - 55 cm toilet - 3 cm plaster - 3 cm tiles -> you still have a grand total of 50 cm passage if you want to dance past the shower to the sink. Hopefully, you never want to do anything in front of the toilet or even bend down or something... I mean: that's rubbish.
Your living room also contains 13 sqm of free space... meanwhile, the kitchen has an 8-person table in front of the dishwasher - that's obviously a dream. Hopefully no one ever wants to eat there when someone else wants to prepare something. By the way, 5 m of kitchen units are also not overly generous.
The utility room is large and has many doors, but relatively little storage space.
Maybe I would put three window surfaces facing south on the ground floor - one directly opposite the entrance - then you'll have a nice view when you enter the house.
By the way, what are the rise and tread width of your stairs? How high are the room heights?

Upper floor:
Child 2 is a mess, the upper floor bathroom might not even work this way - you have to be afraid of hitting your head on the sink if you take a step back... or if you try to pass each other.
What kind of strange cabinets do you want to put in the master bedroom... 1.5 m high?
In general, check whether you have enough window surfaces together.

Also think again about 11.5 cm aerated concrete interior walls... I can't say much about the floor structure - we had 20 cm concrete - but well, that will correspond to your static calculations. If you are fixed on a walk-in shower, you should plan that very well again.
Our heating engineer also said that he would prefer 7 cm screed rather than 6 cm, because of 4.5 cm coverage of the underfloor heating pipes - but your builder will know what he is doing here as well.

All in all: I don’t find either the ground floor or the upper floor great... the ground floor is a bit better than the upper floor... I would start over again.

Encouragement. BeHaElJa hits the main points. The floor plan is so bad that starting over would be the best way.

Additional points:
Utility room as the only storage space is too small if it already contains all the technical equipment including washer/dryer.

No garage? Bicycles, tools, lawn mower, all in the utility room?

Children’s rooms of different sizes. In my opinion, not acceptable at all if there are or are planned to be 2 children. But child 2 doesn’t work anyway, nor does the bathroom upstairs and the bathroom on the ground floor.

Thanks in advance for the detailed comments. The architect has drawn a table in the kitchen. But there should be a kitchen island there, and the dining table will be in the living room. In the bedroom, as mentioned, a horizontal partition wall will be added, so that large cabinets can easily be placed on one side. We really still have to do something about the bathrooms!

I want to put it differently: however, the bathrooms are so terribly planned that simply moving a wall does not help. They are absolutely botched and poorly planned along with the adjoining rooms.
Demand the architect not to just set up something fictional and incorrect anywhere, but your correct room and furniture program as you envision it. Everything else is just as botched and off the mark.
