Subsidies for new construction in 2023

can someone tell me what subsidies are available for a new building next year?

As it looks, the BAFA subsidy for heat pumps seems to be discontinued, right?
I also can’t find anything on the BAFA website. At least not for new buildings.
With KfW, there still seems to be a 5% repayment bonus.
All quite little considering the current prices.

The BAFA funding has not been available for a long time, only already approved applications are still being paid out. Otherwise, prospects look bleak and I would not expect any significant funding anymore. With a new building you might save about 10 kWh/sqm, with an old building from 1970 with currently over 200 kWh/sqm significantly more for the same money.

All these subsidies only pay off for those who want to have everything done by official companies anyway. I built completely without subsidies and ended up being significantly cheaper overall.

Well, you are of course also taking a risk without an official warranty, and if everyone behaved this way, our community of solidarity would quickly come to an end (missing taxes, etc.) and you are probably not aware of the dramatic legal consequences either.
