The kitchen is financed from equity, which does not appear anywhere, but is simply additionally "there."

Nothing is co-financed there. If necessary, it only reduces the existing equity for financing.

The "equity" within the financing should not necessarily be the entire existing equity at the same time.

That's how we do it too! But it was written here that you basically aren't allowed to do that because you are hiding capital from the bank?

Well, in the obligatory asset disclosure you can include everything, even the yacht in Mallorca or the holiday home in the Scottish Highlands. Still, you don’t have to factor something like that into the financing.

And with something like that, we’re certainly not talking about 2K EUR more or less. No one cares about that.

Where does it say that you are not allowed to do it? Only that you are not supposed to.

The thread has somehow taken a strange turn. :rolleyes: The original question was whether the OP can later include the costs incurred for the house construction in the financing so that these are covered by the loan. That can be answered with yes, right?
