A drawback in the plans is that rooms have been laid out without consideration of, for example, wastewater drainage. Bathrooms above bedrooms, etc.
Also, no service shafts are visible.
Additionally, I see 3-4 forced ventilators, one of which penetrates the roof terrace.
For example, draining the 11.07 bathroom is a nightmare. Whether it is possible to get from the toilet to the lowest point at the bathtub is very questionable.
The wastewater pipe would then have to go through the corner at the top through the study. But there is no more space for the casing. In other words, windows have to be moved; and the furniture cannot remain as it is.
