Street about 50cm above the property - backfill or basement

I have now quickly drawn how it should look (house and garage are not to scale. House = approx. 8*12M and garage max. 3x9 plus some width, whatever is possible in the end). We want to move the house as far north as possible and have the garage as a border building. There is a 2.5M distance to the street in front of the house as well as in front of the garage. There is a slope of approx. 50 CM from the street to the property. The contour lines can be found in the BB image


The knödellines are only the borders between different requirements for the floor area ratio and here coincidentally also the building window.

So basically, you will do well and be able to land just above street level. For the rest of the plot, you can use the excavation from the other builders. Overall, you're in a good position.

Ok, then I am a bit more relieved. Then I will have a soil expert and surveyor take a look as soon as possible. After that, we'll move on to detailed floor plan planning. : any objections?
